The room I booked was good sized and well-organised with shared bathroom, shower plus a really comfortable bed as expected. The hotel had a magnificent and exceptionally nice location walking distance from Das Schauspielhaus.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was very good. Everywhere was fairly clean, room with central heating, television, and coffee/tea making equipment was really bright and fairly quiet. The location was good and magnificent, to Hamburg main station and the interior design was nice. What's more, it was near underground and a metro stop and buses.

Reception-people were very friendly and correct. Breakfast was correct.

Rooms very old. Telephone was very old and not working, only as decoration. No remote control for TV available. At 09:00 in the morning on Sunday I was woken up by the clean-service telling me that I was to leave the room immediately, because she had to clean. She was knocking at all the doors.

This hotel was ideal and excellent. The rooms with a nice view and very comfortable beds, as for instance were good sized and functional. The service was all in all good. The location met all required needs, it was amazing in the centre.

The hotel is very central to the sites and just a street away from the central train station. Despite being in a rough area, the hotel itself felt safe and secure. The service from the staff was great, and the basic amenities in the room, including the separate beds, made our stay comfortable. Although the room was on the small side, it was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast, while not offering a wide variety, was still good with cereals, spreads, breads.
